Microflor – Helleborus ViV®Valeria

The ViV®Valeria catches the eye thanks to its abundant flowers starting from the end of October and it blooms for a very long time so that it steals the show at points of sale as well. As the flowers mature, they turn pale pink so that the plant remains very decorative, brightening up the garden and patio right into spring. Furthermore this variety flowers very evenly and does not pre-flower. Already considered a top product and rightly so!! This variety is available from amongst others Gartenbau Lörcks, Canteira and Helleborus Nursery.

To launch the Rhododendron “Grifie”, Jules Block N.V. delivered a limited number of “Grifie” to its customers in the spring of 2020. The reactions were unanimously positive and promising. And the eco-friendly, completely recyclable photo label on its wooden stick has been widely applauded.

Hortinno - Kalmia latifolia

Hortinno is adding a third category of plants to its Garden range. In addition to rhododendron and Evergreen japonica, we are starting with Kalmia latifolia. It is also an evergreen, flowering pot plant that likes an acid soil.

Kalmia latifolia has a few great strengths:

- hardy up to -30°C,
- once it has properly taken root in the soil, fairly resistant to drought,
- beautiful flowers, look like lace.

Thanks to its multitude of short stems, Colibri Aztec Gold is extremely suitable for the window sill, a bit like a “winter geranium”. Primula is not often used or promoted in this way but with Colibri Aztec Gold on your window sill you will have spring within grasp all through the winter.
